These policies describe our general business practices. Where a signed contract, approved quotation, purchase order or invoice contains different terms, the transaction-specific document will apply to that order.

Alpha Lighting Group Limited respects the privacy of customers, suppliers and business contacts. We collect only information reasonably required to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, arrange payments, coordinate production and shipping, and meet legal or compliance obligations.
Information may be used to communicate with customers, process and fulfil orders, provide after-sales support, manage logistics, maintain business records, prevent fraud and comply with applicable laws or requests from financial, payment or logistics service providers.
We may share relevant information with production partners, freight forwarders, couriers, customs brokers, banks, payment providers, professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary to complete a transaction or meet a legal obligation. We do not sell customer personal information.
We retain business records for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, contractual, accounting, warranty and legal purposes. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information against unauthorized access or misuse.
Privacy-related requests may be submitted through the Alpha Lighting business contact shown on the relevant quotation, invoice or order confirmation.

Most Alpha Lighting products are manufactured, configured or sourced specifically for a customer or project. For this reason, custom-made, made-to-order, specially finished or project-specific products are generally not eligible for cancellation, return or refund due to a change of mind after production or procurement has started.
If a customer requests cancellation before production or procurement begins, we will review the request based on work already completed, material commitments, engineering costs, sample costs and third-party charges. Any refundable amount will be determined case by case.
Deposits, design/engineering charges, tooling charges, sample charges and payments covering materials or production already committed may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Customers should inspect goods promptly after delivery. If products are damaged, materially defective or materially different from the approved order, the customer should notify Alpha Lighting as soon as reasonably possible and provide supporting photos, videos, packing information and order references.
After review, an appropriate remedy may include replacement parts, repair support, replacement goods, credit or refund, depending on the circumstances, contractual terms and applicable warranty.
Where damage may have occurred in transit, customers should preserve packaging and provide evidence required for a carrier or insurance claim. Responsibility will be handled according to the confirmed shipping terms and applicable Incoterms, where used.
Effective date: 26 August 2026
Alpha Lighting ships products internationally by courier, air freight, sea freight or other agreed logistics methods. Shipping method, cost, delivery point, trade terms and estimated schedule are confirmed for each order.
Production and delivery schedules are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed in writing. Lead time may depend on drawing approval, finish/sample approval, deposit or payment receipt, material availability, production capacity, certification requirements and order changes.
Freight may be included in the quotation or charged separately. Duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, destination fees and local delivery charges are the customer's responsibility unless the confirmed quotation or shipping term states otherwise.
Delivery responsibilities and transfer of risk are governed by the agreed transaction documents and, where stated, the applicable Incoterm. Customers are responsible for providing accurate consignee and delivery information.
Customers should check the shipment for visible damage, carton shortages or discrepancies upon receipt and record any carrier exception when possible.
Effective date: 26 August 2026
Quotations are based on the information available at the time of issue and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. An order is accepted when Alpha Lighting confirms the order or begins work following receipt of the required purchase order, deposit or payment.
For custom products, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving relevant drawings, dimensions, finishes, materials, electrical specifications and samples before production where approval is required. Changes after approval may affect price and lead time.
Prices, currency, deposit requirements, balance payment timing, taxes, freight and other commercial terms are stated on the applicable quotation or invoice. Bank charges, intermediary charges or payment-provider fees may be allocated as stated in the transaction documents.
Production schedules begin after all required commercial and technical conditions are met. Delays caused by late approvals, specification changes, force majeure, logistics disruption, customs procedures or circumstances outside Alpha Lighting's reasonable control may extend delivery time.
Hand-finished products and natural materials such as stone, alabaster, glass, wood, leather and metal finishes may show reasonable variations in color, pattern, texture or tone. Minor production tolerances that do not materially affect function are not considered defects.
Unless otherwise stated in the transaction documents, Alpha Lighting's standard project warranty is three years from shipment for manufacturing defects under normal intended use. Consumable parts, damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, abnormal electrical conditions, unauthorized modification, normal wear or external causes are excluded unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that drawings, designs, trademarks or other materials they supply may lawfully be used for the project. Alpha Lighting retains rights in its own pre-existing technical know-how, standard construction methods and proprietary design materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Product suitability should be confirmed against the applicable project specification, local electrical requirements, installation environment and certification requirements. The final approved quotation, drawings, purchase order, invoice and written amendments form the primary record of the transaction.
These website terms provide general information. Specific contractual terms agreed in writing for a transaction take precedence where they differ from this page.
